Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking an Early Childhood Trainee to kick-start a career in Early Childhood Education and Care in Dharruk, NSW. You will study while working, completing a Certificate III with support from experienced educators.

The 12-month fixed-term, full-time role runs Monday to Friday with allocated study time to assist in completing your qualification. A strong commitment to child safety and teamwork is essential.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Trainee to join our Dharruk team.

About the Role

Kick-start your career in early childhood education with the opportunity to work, learn and gain your qualification at the same time.

As an Early Childhood Trainee, you will gain practical, hands‑on experience while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Supported by experienced educators, you will help create safe, engaging and inclusive learning environments where children can learn, develop and thrive.
