Job summary

ANZUK Education in Adelaide is partnering with a local inner-suburbs community centre to hire an Early Childhood Team Leader. The role is based in the Nursery room, with a permanent contract and hours ranging across 4–5 days per week.

You will lead a friendly team, support families, and ensure high standards with EYLF and NQS knowledge. The Centre offers a supportive management team, flexible hours, and a generous budget for resources, with salaries up to AU$41 per hour.

Qualifications

• ACECQA‑approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience in long day-care settings.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Team-focused, community-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to medium service team in the nursery.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director to foster a friendly, professional environment.
• Work 4–5 days per week in a community-focused centre.
• Support staff development and resource planning.
