Affinity Education Group Limited is seeking Early Childhood Teachers to join our NSW centers. You will deliver child-centred educational programs, lead a team, and communicate effectively with families and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor in Early Childhood, relevant registrations, and current WWCC; you will work full time on-site with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Salary ranges from $79,423 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent recognised by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check or equivalent.
• Current teacher registration in NSW or VIC.
• Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Strong communication, time management and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and mentor a high-quality early childhood education and care team.
• Develop and implement child-centred, inquiry-based learning experiences.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to support children’s learning.

The Early Childhood Teacher needs to have the knowledge and pedagogical practice that provokes, engages and facilitates an intentional, meaningful, responsive, child centered educational program. You are required to have the ability to lead and communicate effectively (both verbal and written), develop strong trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Strong organisational skills, time management and the ability to foster collaboration and work part of an enthusiastic team are attributes we are looking for. Duties and Responsabilities: Leading, guiding and supporting a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care.

Working in accordance with the requirements of the Childrens (Educational and Care Services National Law Application) Bill 2010, Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Regulations and the National quality Standar for Early Rducation and Care.
