Job summary

Affinity Education Group Limited is seeking a Child Care Worker Educator to join centers across NSW and other states. You will collaborate with the Lead Educator to support developmentally appropriate education and care for children.

The role requires motivation, dynamism, and professionalism to foster high-quality learning environments and meaningful relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively studying towards it.
• Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the lead educator to plan and implement developmentally appropriate, inclusive and challenging program provisions.
• Contributes to documenting children's learning to inform the program.
• Support children's individual capabilities and self-help skills; under direction supports learning and participation of children with individual needs.
• Engages in spontaneous and planned play with individuals and groups of children.
• Show respect for all children, regardless of individual diversity.
