Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher at Papilio Early Learning Barton.

The role focuses on motivating and leading educators, developing engaging programs, and fostering a love of learning through child-led enquiries and school-community connections.

Qualifications

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Relevant teachers’ registration (if applicable).
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current first aid certificate (incl. asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of educators.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries and connections with the local primary school and community.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for children, respecting each child’s interests and strengths.
• Support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
