Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher for Rivergums in Australia. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, EYLF-aligned educational programs in a caring, child-centered environment.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, support curriculum planning, observations, and documentation, and contribute to a reflective team culture while upholding Busy Bees’ Bee Safe values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for WA or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for each child.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture.
• Support service to meet and exceed the NQF and contribute to curriculum planning and documentation.
