Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. You will plan and deliver high-quality, EYLF-aligned programs in a safe, engaging learning environment and build strong relationships with families and staff.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent, WA teaching accreditation, and knowledge of EYLF/NQS. A passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) required.
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for WA or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded.
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for each child.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive team culture.
• Support the service to meet the NQF requirements.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation.
