Busy Bees at Smithfield Plains SA is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and to support children’s development in a safe, engaging environment.

You will join a team that values play-based learning, strong relationships with families, and ongoing professional growth, with a focus on child safety and quality across our centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for SA or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture.
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation.
