Goodstart Early Learning in South Nowra, NSW, seeks an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher for a 12-month contract commencing December 2026. The role is based at Goodstart South Nowra – Exceeding NQS!

You will deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences, nurture strong relationships with families, and work with the leadership team to deliver high-quality early learning programs. A competitive salary with benefits is offered to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko).
• Eligible for NSW childcare educator role in a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Ignite a love of learning in children with purposeful teaching practices.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to support belonging and thriving.
• Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and collaborate with centre leadership.
• Develop, review and implement high-quality early learning programs for outstanding child outcomes.
