Job summary

Harmony Bardon is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead play-based and inquiry-driven learning, shaping high-quality programs for children aged birth to five. You will collaborate with leaders and educators to foster curiosity, relationships, and inclusive practice.

The role emphasizes child safety, cultural respect, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team. Bardon centre operates 7:00am–6:00pm with 83 children in care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training via Geccko with current certificates.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and QKLG concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead your studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching practices.
• Champion children's voices, cultures and identities in daily learning.
• Plan, document and assess learning with curiosity and developmental understanding.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the community.
• Collaborate with Educational Leader and educators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Create engaging, creative learning environments supporting exploration and thinking.
