Job summary

Harmony Lennox Head is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead play-based and inquiry-driven learning across a vibrant studio. You will foster safe, inclusive environments and partner with families to support children’s growth and school readiness.

You’ll apply EYLF v2.0 and QKLG insights to everyday teaching, collaborate with an Educational Leader and a supportive team, and grow professionally within Harmony Academy’s development pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• National Child Safety Training via Geccko with current certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and QKLG; contemporary pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching.
• Champion children's voices, rights, cultures and identities.
• Plan, document and assess learning with curiosity and developmental understanding.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and community.
• Collaborate with Educational Leader and educators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Create engaging learning environments that inspire creativity and critical thinking.
