Job summary

Harmony Early Education Bangalow invites passionate educators to join as an Early Childhood Teacher. You’ll lead studio programs, foster curious minds, and partner with families in a warm, supportive setting that values professionalism and growth.

You’ll work within the Harmony team to deliver high-quality EYLF-aligned learning, advocate for child safety, and access ongoing professional development through Harmony Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Completion of all required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Lead your studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching practices.
• Champion children's voices, rights, cultures and identities in everyday learning experiences.
• Plan, document and assess learning with purpose, curiosity and a strong understanding of child development.
• Build meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community.
• Collaborate closely with your Educational Leader and fellow educators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Create engaging learning environments that inspire creativity, exploration and critical thinking.
• Support children's transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning.

About You:
