Rainbows Early Learning Centre in Singleton is expanding with new facilities and seeks teachers and trainees to join a dedicated team. Roles include Full Time Diploma Educator, Traineeship, and Part/Full Time Early Childhood Teacher.

We value team collaboration, creativity, and family engagement, with a strong emphasis on safety and a high-quality play-based program. Applicants must have WWCC and be committed to child safety.

Qualifications

• Working towards Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (Traineeship).
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (working towards accepted).
• Bachelor of Early Childhood (ECT role, working towards accepted).
• Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support room leaders in day-to-day learning curriculum for children.
• Communicate with families regarding ongoing learning and development.
• Document children's learning using Storypark.
• Be an active, friendly and supportive team member.
• Be innovative and creative in the classroom.
• Provide a safe, secure, stimulating play-based environment.

Full Time Diploma Educator

Full Time Traineeship

Part Time or Full Time Early Childhood Teacher

Duties will include:

• Supporting Room leaders in the day to day learning curriculum for children.
• Ability to communicate with families regarding ongoing learning and development.
• Documenting children's learning using Storypark.
• Being an active team member, friendly and supportive.
• Being Innovative and Creative.
• Provide a physical environment for the children that is safe and secure whilst providing a stimulating play-based program.
• Contribute to the regular documentation of children’s skills, interest’s and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Working towards Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (Traineeship)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (working towards accepted)
• Bachelor of Early Childhood (ECT role, working towards accepted)
• Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.
