Job summary

Nido Early School in Adelaide's southern suburbs is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to join our trusted Educator team. You will design engaging learning environments, set goals with children and families, and model Reggio Emilia-inspired practice across the classroom.

To succeed, you hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent), have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to child safety and inclusive, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent required.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate required.
• Alignment to Reggio Emilia educational philosophy.
• Valid Teacher Registration.
• Certificate confirming completion of Federally mandated National Child Safety Training via Geccko or willingness to obtain prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Set learning goals with children, families and colleagues that provide achievable challenges for every child.
• Role model educational practices for other educators, aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Support educators to enable children to develop a strong sense of identity, sense of wellbeing, confidence and their connection to the world.

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you are a passionate educator with a love of learning and hold:

• Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
• Have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
• Alignment to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
• Valid Teacher Registration
