Job summary

Nido Early School in Western Australia is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to guide learning for children aged 3.5 to 5 years, working with families and staff to set meaningful goals and create engaging environments.

You will role model best practices, align with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and support educators to foster identity, wellbeing, and curiosity in young learners. This role emphasizes professional growth and collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
• Alignment to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
• Valid Teacher Registration
• Certificate for National Child Safety Training via Geccko (or willingness to obtain) for hires from 1 April

The role: Early Childhood Teacher

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you are a passionate educator with a love of learning and hold:

• Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
• Have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
• Alignment to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
• Valid Teacher Registration
• Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated ‘National Child Safety Training’ via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment
