Job summary

Cvetko Trading Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join Cudgegong Preschool & Child Care Centre on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality educational programs in line with EYLF V2.0, NQF and NQS, and providing pedagogical leadership within the room.

You will mentor educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to continuous improvement within a warm, family-focused service in Ruse, NSW.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting.
• Sound knowledge of EYLF V2.0, NQF and NQS.

Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating high-quality educational programs in line with the EYLF V2.0, NQF and NQS, and for leading intentional teaching practices that support children's learning, wellbeing and school readiness. The role is central to the centre's educational program, providing pedagogical leadership within the room, mentoring fellow educators, and building strong relationships with children and families. This is an opportunity to make a lasting contribution to the development of young children while shaping the quality of practice across a growing, family-focused service.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs in line with EYLF V2.0, the NQF and the NQS. Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and individual needs.

Observe, document and assess children's learning and development. Lead intentional teaching practices and support children's learning, wellbeing and school readiness. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Mentor and support educators within the room. Contribute to continuous improvement, centre events and family engagement. Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Support compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.

An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification. Minimum 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting.

Sound working knowledge of the EYLF V2.0, the National Quality Framework and the National Quality Standard. Demonstrated ability to plan, document and assess children's learning using observation and reflective practice. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Leadership and mentoring skills, with the capacity to guide and support educators within the room. Commitment to child safety, inclusion and the wellbeing of every child. Current

Working with Children Check (NSW) and a willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management certification if not already held.
