Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Gunnedah, NSW is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to shape curriculum and pedagogy in a values‑driven, family‑focused setting. You will lead engaging learning experiences, build trusted relationships with families and collaborate with leadership to deliver high quality programs that support every child’s growth.

Successful applicants will hold a recognised Early Childhood degree, NSW Working with Children clearance and First Aid, plus active NESA accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Responsibilities

• Guide development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
• Build strong relationships with families to foster belonging.
• Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and across the centre.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review and implement high‑quality early learning programs.
• Aim for outstanding outcomes for children through effective curriculum delivery.
