Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to support learning across the Central and Regional Queensland region. You will contribute to quality long day-care programs, as well as accredited Kindergarten and Preschool services, working with families and a collaborative centre leadership team.

You’ll hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved), current Teachers Registration, a valid Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification, and strong

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Ability to lead a classroom and engage with educators, families and children to implement the program
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children and families
• Support reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and staff

Salary Range

Early Childhood Teachers - ranging from $47.61 to $71.79 per hour + Superannuation (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

As a Teacher, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You’ll Need

• Teacher – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Current Teachers Registration
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
