Job summary

Journey Early Learning Lucas is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality, curriculum-based programs that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

You will apply EYLF guidance, observe and assess progress, and foster inclusive environments while building strong relationships with families and colleagues in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent teaching qualification.
• Current teacher registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS and contemporary early childhood teaching practices.
• Confidence planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs.
• Strong observation, documentation and assessment skills.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and children’s individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver an engaging, curriculum-based educational program.
• Use the EYLF to guide teaching practice.

About The Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

You’ll use your knowledge of early childhood pedagogy to create engaging, play-based experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.

In This Role, You Will

You’ll Bring
