Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd in Smithfield Plains, SA, is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) to deliver high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and support children’s development.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, contribute to curriculum planning, and work with a team to meet National Quality Framework standards, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for SA.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in Australia is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) | $45.80 – $63.38 per hour | Smithfield Plains, SA

• Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for SA or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
• Current Working with Children Check for SA
