Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Educator (Full-Time) to support the delivery of high-quality education and care in a busy, child-centred centre located in Australia. You will help create a nurturing environment where children thrive and grow.

The role involves implementing EYLF-aligned play-based learning, maintaining a safe and inclusive setting, building strong relationships with children and families, and supporting daily routines and supervision.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willing to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
• Experience in an Australian Educator role is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP) - Working with Children Check for [QLD. VIC, NSW, SA, WA]
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
