Job summary

Kudos Services in South Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Early Childhood teams. You’ll work with children and families in a transdisciplinary setting, across programs that create meaningful outcomes and expand participation in everyday life.

You’ll have autonomy with clinical judgement, backed by supervision, mentoring and professional development, within a supportive, employee-controlled organisation that values your voice.

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech Pathology qualification and SPA membership or eligibility.
• Experience working with children, ideally in Early Childhood, paediatrics or the NDIS.
• Strong clinical judgement and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
• Confidence working with families and transdisciplinary teams.
• Current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside allied health and education professionals through joint assessments, collaborative planning and integrated therapy.
• Apply clinical judgement with supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
• Help children find their voice and participate more confidently at home, in early learning and the community.
• Grow your practice with support to develop clinical interests and maintain evidence-informed practice.
