Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join ourDurack Clinic. You will assess, plan and deliver tailored therapy for children with diverse needs across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress and reports, and contribute to service improvement while maintaining high standards of privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to adapt services to meet individual needs.
• Strong engagement with children, families, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete client assessments.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload including complex clients.
• Develop, implement and adjust tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health team members to improve outcomes.
• Prepare home and session-based resources and activities.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
• Record treatment notes in PMS within 24 hours of sessions.
• Provide timely reports to clients, families and health professionals.
