Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty in Seaford is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join a transdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload across clinic, client homes, schools and telehealth.

You’ll partner with families to help children grow and meet individual goals, supported by an efficient admin team to allow you to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care and continued professional development within a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
  • Experience working with children and/or individuals with disability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Comprehensive clinical feeding assessment and therapy including differential feeding vs swallowing impairment and sensory feeding difficulties.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload.
  • Work across clinic, client homes, schools and via telehealth.
  • Partner with families to help each child grow, develop and achieve individual goals.

In this role, you will deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a mixed paediatric caseload, supporting children with developmental delays and/or disabilities through tailored therapy programs and Early Childhood Early Intervention.

What You’ll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
