Job description

Speech Pathologist | Make Your Expertise Count

What if your next Speech Pathology role gave you more than a caseload?

At Kudos Services, you’ll work with children and families alongside a genuinely transdisciplinary team, across innovative Early Childhood programs that create meaningful outcomes.

We’re a South Australian employee-controlled mutual, which means our people have a genuine voice in how we work. Your experience, ideas and clinical expertise help shape what we do. We support children and families to thrive through evidence-informed, family-centred services that build participation, confidence and belonging.

We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our Early Childhood teams.

Variety beyond a traditional caseload.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of Early Childhood programs:

  • Preschool Boost – supporting communication, participation and school readiness alongside early learning services.
  • Thriving Kids – providing early therapeutic supports to help children without a current NDIS plan participate and thrive in everyday environments
  • ENVISAGE – building parent and caregiver confidence, knowledge and capability through a strengths-based approach.
  • Kids Hub – working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where families can access coordinated support.

This means your role can extend beyond traditional one-on-one therapy or exploring funding pathways, giving you opportunities to apply your SP expertise across different programs, environments and stages of early development.

Job Description

Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Developmental Educators, Educators, Physiotherapists and other experienced professionals through joint assessments, collaborative planning, integrated therapy and shared problem-solving.

You’ll have the autonomy to apply your clinical judgement, supported by supervision, mentoring, professional development and a team committed to learning together.

Make a difference that matters

Help children find their voice, build communication skills and participate more confidently at home, in early learning and in the community.

Grow your practice

Whether you're an experienced SP or early in your career, you'll be supported to develop your skills and explore your clinical interests.

You’ll have access to:

  • Clinical supervision and mentoring
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Peer support and transdisciplinary practice
  • Opportunities to develop specialist areas of interest
  • Clinical autonomy within a supportive team environment

Flexible working across our hubs, community and home-based administration

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

  • Recognised Speech Pathology qualification and current SPA membership or eligibility.
  • Experience working with children, ideally in Early Childhood, paediatrics or the NDIS.
  • Strong clinical judgement and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
  • Confidence working with families and transdisciplinary teams.
  • A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and families.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.

The Kudos Difference

  • Competitive salary and salary packaging benefits
  • Fleet vehicles available for work-related travel
  • Professional development allowance and learning support
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • Strong clinical supervision and mentoring
  • Genuine multidisciplinary practice
  • Opportunities to work across innovative Early Childhood programs
  • Opportunities to grow your clinical interests and career
  • A supportive, people-first culture
  • An employee-controlled organisation where your voice matters

Ready to do work that matters?

If you’re a Speech Pathologist looking for greater variety, genuine collaboration and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the early years, we’d love to hear from you.
