Goodstart Wangaratta is seeking an Educator to join our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft learning programs while prioritising safety and inclusivity for every child.

Our 58‑place centre features four learning environments and three outdoor yards; we are supported by an experienced Centre Director who mentors educators. We offer above‑award pay, onsite parking and a supportive, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Victoria Working with Children Check.
• National Child Safety Foundation Training completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs.
• Prioritise safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.

You’ll need:
