Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Educator for the Kelso centre in Bathurst NSW. You will contribute to high-quality learning programs, support child safety and inclusivity, and work with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader to foster strong outcomes for children.

The role is permanent full-time (5 days a week) with competitive pay above the award and a range of staff benefits including professional development and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in learning environments.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to support child development.

You'll need:
