This role is perfect for either a highly passionate and accomplished early childhood professional whose heart belongs with children.
Above all, we are looking for heart and passion — someone genuinely driven by a love of children and who understands the privilege and responsibility that comes with caring for them.
Qualifications and experience matter, but so does who you are and what you bring to the lives of children each day. Committed to providing a child-safe environment where the safety, wellbeing, dignity and rights of every child are paramount — we seek educators who share this commitment and demonstrate child-safe values, behaviours and practices in their everyday work.
Educoe is a family-owned and operated service. Driven by two highly accomplished teachers, Jessica and Rebecca — sisters, mothers and university-qualified teachers. With the strength of their team, and their unwavering commitment to creating a world where every child feels safe, valued and respected, Educoe has become a reputable, sought-after service.
High-quality education and care is provided to 34 children each day, aged from 6 weeks to 6 years, across two care environments — our Infant Care Environment and Shared Care Environment. Our shared care approach provides opportunities for children of varying ages to learn, play and grow alongside one another.
Conveniently located only a 10-minute walk from Revesby train station.
Our service is deeply inspired by Magda Gerber's respectful caregiving approach. Our philosophy incorporates a deep respect and appreciation for the child — an approach that honours infants and young children as equal members in relationships.
This respect extends to the relationships we build with one another, our families and the wider Educoe community.
Educoe is more than just a workplace. It is a place where each person is valued for their individuality. Educators are encouraged to be who they are, share their identity and embrace their culture, while contributing to a team united by a genuine love of children.
‘The wellbeing of our team is integral to everything we do.’
