Job summary

Charming Cherubs Early Learning Centre – Mulgrave VIC is seeking multiple Early Childhood Educators (Cert III & Diploma qualified) to join our warm, intimate team. You’ll support children aged 0–6 years with play-based, intentional teaching in a purpose-built centre.

We value relationships with children and families, teamwork, and professional growth. This family-owned service offers flexible arrangements and opportunities to contribute to building a new centre culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
• 1–2 years of experience in an early childhood setting is highly desirable
• Sound understanding of NQF and VEYLDF
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Positive, proactive and nurturing approach
• Confident contributing to programming and learning experiences
• Strong team player with a genuine passion for early childhood education

About the Role

We are seeking multiple Early Childhood Educators (Cert III & Diploma qualified) to join our team.

You will work collaboratively across our rooms (0–6 years) in a purpose-built centre, supporting children’s learning through play-based, intentional teaching.

We are looking for educators who are passionate about early learning, team collaboration, and creating a warm, engaging environment for children.

About You
