The City of Greater Geelong is expanding its Early Childhood teams across Certificate III Diploma & ECT roles. You will help implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs aligning with the Victorian EYLF and National Quality Standards, with opportunities in Long Day Care and Kindergarten environments for 3- and 4-year-olds.

Qualifications

• Possess relevant tertiary qualification in accordance to the position you wish you apply for.
• Excellent knowledge of the development of children in the 0-6 years age group and proven ability to plan appropriate programs in relation to the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate and make recommendations to the leadership team on the planning and implementation of education and care programs within the service.
• Experience in undertaking educational program planning to meet the needs of all children within the service.
• Ability to establish effective professional relationships with staff from a range of professional backgrounds in relation to the education and needs of children and their families.
• Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check and complete a Medical and Functional Assessment as part of the recruitment process.
