Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking Early Childhood Educators (Cert III & Diploma) for a Not-For-Profit ELC located about 30 minutes outside Geelong. You will support children from babies to four-year-olds, delivering play-based learning in a modern, purpose-built setting.

Roles require ACECQA-approved qualifications, WWCC, First Aid (HLTAID012), police check within 12 months, and work rights in Australia, plus two reference checks. Enjoy above-award pay, rotating rosters, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children Check for Victoria.
• First Aid HLTAID012 with CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
• National Police Record Check within the last 12 months.
• Evidence of work rights in Australia (birth certificate/citizenship/visa).
• Two professional reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Create safe havens by tuning into each child's needs.

• Build warm, secure attachments with children and families.
