Goodstart Early Learning in Gladstone is seeking an Educator to join the Beak Street centre. You’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs, ensuring safety, inclusivity and meaningful student engagement for every child.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and a structured pathway for growth. Applicants should have the required qualifications and current checks, plus a passion for helping children

Competenze

• Certificate III or Diploma in early childhood education and care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
