Best Start Early Learning Centres is growing across the Central Coast and seeks passionate Educators at all career stages. Roles are available at Johns Road, Settlers Road and Wyee with opportunities to help shape new and established centres.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are studying toward one) and possess WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying towards one).
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain).
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everything you do.

Responsibilities
