Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Early Childhood Educator at ToBeMe Early Learning Five Burwood, owned by Guardian Childcare & Education, to inspire children daily within a supportive team.

You’ll create engaging learning experiences, build warm relationships with families and contribute to planning and documentation, while developing your practice through mentorship and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or approved equivalent.
• Commitment to working towards a recognised qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check and first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Create meaningful learning experiences shaped by children’s interests and needs.
• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Contribute to planning, observations and learning documentation.
• Collaborate with Lead Educator/Teacher and room team.
• Implement Thrive and To Be Me initiatives in daily practice.
• Help maintain a secure, welcoming learning environment.
