Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Camira is seeking an Educator to inspire young minds within a warm, supportive team. You’ll support daily learning, share milestones with families, and bring the To BE Me program to life.

Availability from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with a rotating roster, WWCC, and an appropriate ECE qualification are required. The centre supports ongoing training, career progression, and a culture of recognition.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards)
• Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Support daily learning and learning spaces with a focus on the Guardian program (To BE Me).
• Share children’s milestones and engage families in meaningful learning moments.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment with a Centre Manager.
