Job summary

Greater Hume Council is seeking a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our Walla Walla Children's Services Centre. This permanent full-time role supports high-quality learning experiences for children and families.

You will plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, fostering social, emotional, cognitive and physical development in a safe, inclusive setting. Working 38 hours per week, the role offers a gross hourly salary of $35.48–$39.73 plus

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check required.
• Current National Police Check within last six months required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications required.
• Current Child Protection Certificate required.

About the Role

Greater Hume Children's Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Educator to join our team at the Walla Walla Children's Services Centre.

Working alongside a supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering engaging educational experiences that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Salary and Hours

This position is offered on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at the Walla Walla Children's Services Centre.

Salary ranging from $35.48 to $39.73 gross per hour, plus applicable allowances and 12% superannuation.

• A current NSW Working with Children Check (Employee Status)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxisqualifications relevant to an in Education and Care setting,
• A current Child Protection Certificate.
