Hostia Early Learning Child Care Centre in Merrylands is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to join our team. You will build strong relationships with children, families and staff while delivering engaging learning experiences in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, a Working with Children Check and a current First Aid Certificate. We offer flexible work, opportunities for growth and professional development with salary

Responsabilités

• Developing strong relationships with children, families and educators at the centre.
• Implementing policies and associated procedures of the organisation.
• Collaborating with coworkers to oversee the day to day duties and care of children.
• Actively support every child to participate in the program and ensure it promotes children’s agency, choices and influence.
• Model and support coworkers to utilise a variety of teaching strategies including reflective practice in daily work.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with children, families and educatorsat the centre.
