VECRA in Victoria is seeking an Operations/Compliance professional to support area-based regulatory activities and ensure consistent quality in visits to early childhood education and care services.

You will assist with reporting, documentation and IT system data maintenance, working under the Operations Manager to strengthen compliance and admin processes across the North Eastern Victoria region.

Qualifikationen

• Desirable: Relevant qualifications in Compliance, Regulation, Business Administration or Early Childhood Education.
• Essential: Valid Victorian Working with Children\'s Check and Victorian driver\'s licence.
• Police check and other pre-employment checks may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to the area or region, assist with reports and regulatory activities.
• Conduct compliance service visits across education and care settings to assess compliance against National Law and Regulations.
• Support senior authorised officers with regulatory visits as directed.
• Assess complaints and incidents from stakeholders and triage notifications systematically.
• Prepare compliance documentation including correspondence, observation notes and reports.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory activities.
• Ensure data quality in the National Quality Agenda IT System through timely input.
