Service Stream is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join the Brisbane team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will maintain critical water infrastructure, troubleshoot faults, calibrate instrumentation, and support SCADA systems across treatment plants and pumping stations.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to improvements, and benefit from ongoing training, relocation assistance for exceptional candidates, and competitive EBA-based remuneration.

Qualifications

• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Experience in water industry or similar industrial environment.
• Experience with wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.
• Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding capabilities.
• Instrumentation and control troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, control, and instrumentation faults.
• Inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, and repair equipment and systems.
• Maintain and support SCADA, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Assist with commissioning and decommissioning of assets and plant equipment.
• Support minor works and capital installation projects.
• Provide technical advice to operational teams, engineers, and clients.
• Contribute to maintenance planning, budgeting and continuous improvement.
