Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking an E&I Supervisor for Project Ceres in Western Australia, on a 14:7 or 19:9 rotation. You will oversee electrical activities from the early construction phase, reporting to the Construction Manager and coordinating with project managers, engineers and subcontractors.

The role requires 7+ years as Electrical Supervisor, current electrical licenses, and experience in a high‑pressure construction environment; oil & gas experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as Electrical Supervisor or equivalent.
• Relevant electrical licenses or certifications.
• Experience in high-pressure construction environment.
• Oil & gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to understand electrical requirements.
• Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities in alignment with project schedule.
• Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors (UG/AG Cable Installation, TCFs & Batch Plant).
• Support site temporary power requirements and installations.
• Preparing manning and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I works.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure work is performed to high quality and safety standards.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety and project specifications.
• Address any issues or defects promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
