Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking an E&I Supervisor on a 19:9 rotation for Project Ceres in Western Australia. You will supervise electrical works, coordinate with subcontractors and direct hires, ensure safety and quality, and align with project schedules and drawings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as Electrical Supervisor or equivalent.
• Relevant electrical licenses or certifications.
• Experience in high-pressure construction environments.
• Ideally experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Experience within Commissioning.
• Experience within the installation of electrical substations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of electrical works, subcontractors or direct hiring, ensuring alignment with project documentation and schedule.
• Support subcontractors or direct hire personnel to ensure feasibility of works (drawings and materials).
• Ensure safety and quality standards and procedures are followed.
• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection.
• Fulfill project quality and contractual requirements.
• Verify availability of drawings and materials for efficient execution.
• Assist with interpretation of drawings and resolve technical problems.
• Supervise electrical works and treatment of equipment/tools usage and maintenance.
• Oversee mechanical completion activities related to electrical works and close punch list items.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed activity programs.
• Coordinate electrical installation with other construction activities.
• Estimate and manage human and technical resources.
• Verify works against project specifications and flag engineering issues.
