Job summary

NAPF Electronics is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Sales Specialist to work with management to improve online sales and digital presence. This 8–12 week contract is part-time with potential for extension or full-time employment if the fit is right.

The role involves reviewing current performance, optimizing Google Ads/Shopping, SEO, conversion, and online merchandising, and reporting on ROI. Flexible part-time arrangement with some Sydney Inner West office work.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce websites and digital sales strategies.
• Proven ability to improve online conversion and revenue.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Review current website and e-commerce performance.
• Analyse GA and Search Console data.
• Review and optimize Google Ads campaigns and Shopping.
• Improve product pages and online merchandising.
• Develop email and remarketing campaigns.
• Provide clear ROI reporting to management.
