Job summary
Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support digital commerce across Australia and New Zealand. You will work on e-merchandising, performance marketing and content operations, collaborating with local, regional and global teams to improve product discovery, customer experience and online sales.
You will coordinate daily updates, reflect campaign priorities, and analyze product performance.
Qualifications
- Academic background in ecommerce, digital marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years in ecommerce, website operations, content execution, or digital commerce activities.
- Experience with Google Ads, affiliate platforms, search platforms, and CMS tools.
- Experience with on-site discovery improvements and product performance analysis.
- Familiar with Jira/Asana/Trello for project management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee e-merchandising across product grids and category pages to boost discovery and conversion.
- Lead performance marketing efforts with paid search/social and affiliates.
- Coordinate daily website updates and reflect campaign priorities on-site.
- Brief global content teams on local requirements and ensure localization quality.
- Support A/B testing with global teams and external agencies.
