Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM project for a large government department in Brisbane CBD. You will bridge business needs with the vendor, define requirements, validate outcomes, and guide backlog prioritisation and testing across the solution lifecycle.

The role focuses on business analysis, process design and ongoing improvements, with a 3-month contract and extensions possible.

Qualifications

• End-to-end CRM or enterprise system implementation experience.
• Requirements gathering / elicitation and process mapping.
• UAT, test plans, test scripts, defect management and traceability.
• Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint reviews and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key link between business stakeholders, the department's project team and the implementation vendor.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, validated and translated into fit-for-purpose system outcomes.
• Focus on business analysis, process design, solution refinement and backlog management.
• Support testing activities and prioritisation of future enhancements.
