Job summary

Labour Hire Authority in Victoria seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead a small team of Business Analysts and ensure the end-to-end quality of requirements and functional design work across its ICT environment.

The role establishes and maintains the BA framework, publishes an enterprise inventory of business processes and ensures that business needs and designs are clearly understood and aligned to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Business Analysts and ensure end-to-end quality of requirements and functional designs across the ICT environment.
• Develop, publish and maintain the BA framework and standards.
• Run discovery and elicitation sessions and produce functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, development, testing, operations, and project/change teams through build, test and deployment.
• Coach and quality assure the output of the BA team.
