Job summary

LTM Australia is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Sales to provide senior functional leadership across a major Dynamics transformation.

The successful candidate will be a top-tier Dynamics 365 SME with deep knowledge of Sales processes and the ability to work across business, functional and technical domains. The role requires shaping solutions, challenging requirements, and uplifting the internal Dynamics team through hands-on leadership and coaching.

Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Sales

LTM Australia is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Sales to provide senior functional leadership across a major Dynamics transformation.

The successful candidate will be a top-tier Dynamics 365 SME with deep knowledge of Sales processes and the ability to work across business, functional and technical domains.

This role requires someone who can do more than configure the platform. You will be expected to shape solutions, challenge requirements, advise stakeholders and uplift the internal Dynamics team through hands‑on leadership, coaching and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Analyse sales processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.
• Develop functional designs, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead solution discussions across Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM and associated business processes.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers and integration teams to ensure functional requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on Dynamics configuration, customisation and integration considerations.
• Challenge existing processes and requirements to drive standardisation and adoption of Dynamics best practice.
• Support solution validation, testing, defect management and deployment.
• Act as the senior functional escalation point for complex business and Dynamics issues.
• Mentor and coach internal functional consultants and delivery team members.
• Provide knowledge transfer and establish strong functional capability within the internal team.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and senior technology stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience in Dynamics functional consulting and solution design.
• Strong understanding of CRM operating models and business processes.
• Experience working across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integrations.
• Strong business analysis and process optimisation capability.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
• Experience operating as a Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Dynamics Solution Consultant.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other Dynamics professionals.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
