Job Title- Dynamics F&O Practice Leader/Practitioner

Location- US (Remote with travel)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics F&O Leader/Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading our Dynamics F&O pre-sales, consulting with clients, and driving the successful implementation of Dynamics F&O solutions, including AI-enabled transformation using Microsoft Copilot and human-AI cowork approaches. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics F&O, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and growth of the Dynamics F&O GTMs and accounts.
• Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Dynamics F&O solutions.
• Prepare RFI/RFP Response and create proactive proposals with comprehensive Solution design, Delivery approach, Implementation plan and Detailed Cost estimates aligned with Client’s Business objectives and technology landscape
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and client expectations Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to capture specific needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Advise clients on Dynamics platform modernization, digital transformation, automation, and Copilot adoption strategies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• Identify and prioritize high-value Copilot and cowork use cases across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and related enterprise processes.
• Lead discovery and design workshops to define human-AI cowork models, role-based experiences, prompts, agents, workflow orchestration, and measurable business outcomes.
• Shape solutions using Dynamics 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI capabilities, with appropriate security, governance, responsible AI, and change-management considerations.
• Develop demos, proofs of concept, value cases, adoption roadmaps, and reusable accelerators that help clients scale Copilot and cowork capabilities from pilot to production.
• Drive user adoption through role-based enablement, prompt and agent usage guidance, champion networks, and measurement of productivity, quality, and business impact.
• Partner Ecosystem & Go-to-Market: Collaborate with technology partners, competency teams, and sales to define go-to-market strategies and identify target opportunities for building a robust revenue pipeline.
• Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics F&O trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years’ experience working with a large SI or consulting organization.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics F&O, including implementation, customization, and integration.
• Proven track record of successfully leading Dynamics F&O projects.
• In depth Experience with Dynamics F&O modules such as SCM, Finance etc. Should have at least led 3-5 large Enterprise Grade F&O Deployments
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio, including use-case discovery, solution shaping, demonstrations, and adoption planning.
• Practical understanding of human-AI cowork patterns, agentic workflows, prompt design, grounding, orchestration, and integration with Dynamics 365 and enterprise data.
• Working knowledge of Copilot security, data protection, governance, responsible AI, and organizational change-management practices.
• Ability to translate Copilot and cowork opportunities into quantified value cases, implementation roadmaps, and scalable client offerings.
• Strong understanding of data migration and integration techniques.
