Job summary

Sonata Software seeks a driven MBA graduate to lead supervised customer transformation initiatives and hands-on AI implementations. The role starts onsite at Sonata’s Redmond, WA office, with future deployments to client locations across the USA under a USA-based mentor.

You will complete Sonata’s FDE program prior to full deployment. The candidate should demonstrate depth in technology, process, or domain via academic capstone or project evidence and hold work authorization for the USA.

Job Description

Role Purpose:

Deliver supervised customer transformation and hands-on AI implementation; onsite at Sonata’s Redmond, Washington offices initially and deployed to customer location within USA later, with a USA-based mentor; complete Sonata’s FDE program before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support discovery, solution design, process modernization, testing, enterprise deployment and adoption under technical supervision.

Required Qualifications:

MBA completed class of 2025 or 2026; no prior professional experience required; demonstrate technology, process or domain depth through academic capstone/project evidence. Must have work authorization approval for USA

Preferred Qualifications:

Projects in any of the below process areas

• 1. Supply-chain
• 2. Back-office finance
• 5. BFS : Mortgage/Lending or Payment services
• 6. Retail & Manufacturing: Logistics/Distribution/Specialty Retail

Domain Skills:

Map a process, controls and hand-offs, Reimagine process with AI, identify controls and measure cycle time/errors.

AI & Technology Skills:

Demonstrate hands-on AI Use and certifications

Behavioral Competencies:

Evidence self-driven learning, initiative, feedback uptake and customer problem-solving. Self-taught certifications or a portfolio of personal builds
