Job summary

World Vision Australia is seeking a D365 Developer to join our IT refresh journey focused on Dynamics 365/CRM/ERP. The role supports ongoing development, configuration, maintenance and use of our Business Systems including Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Office 365 and Power Platform.

The permanent position is based at Burwood East, Victoria. You will deliver analysis, development and configuration services, work on interfaces, testing, and deployments, and collaborate with a high-performing team to

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365/CRM/ERP development and customisations.
Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power FX.
Design and development in Power Portal.
Using Azure DevOps Pipelines and Releases to automate deployments.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, configure, test and support WVA business solutions.
Configure business solutions to automate processes with forms, workflows, and notifications.
Write code to meet technical/functional specifications and standards.
Analyse defects/work requests and resolve issues.
Work on incidents, changes/enhancements, and support project implementations.
Develop and support interfaces/integrations between business systems and related systems.
