Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Proficient with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages.
• Strong web tech skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, .NET.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs and enterprise patterns.
• Knowledge of CRM customization, plugins, data management and workflows.
• Experience delivering client-facing portals and reusable front-end components.

Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior CRM Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions. Working within a collaborative delivery team, you will develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, build integrations, and support the delivery of customer-centric digital services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions, workflows, and customisations
• Building and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and external systems
• Developing custom plugins, APIs, workflows, and reusable components
• Delivering Power Pages solutions, including portal development and front-end customisation
• Performing data migration, integration, and data quality management activities
• Troubleshooting system issues and implementing performance improvements
• Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to deliver CRM enhancements
• Providing technical documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing across the team

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience as a CRM Developer, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
• Strong experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
• Solid development experience using JavaScript, .NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong understanding of CRM customisation, workflows, plugins, and data management processes
• Experience creating reusable components and front-end solutions for customer-facing portals
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
